The Designated Learning Institution number (DLI) specified in the admission letter for visa processing remains the same for both the study permit and the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)

York collage Applied studies waiting for PAL
Good morning Mr Peter Isesele, my name is Roland. I got admission into IBT College business and tourism technology in Ontario to study Health Office Administrator in the years 2022. Along the line I got a refusal and I was ask to reapply after requesting for an officer note. Knowing the reason I was refuse and then I look further to reapply again before the issues of PAL came up, so I told by my consultant that I submit my documents now until 31th March when they release the PAL. So I think my school wasn’t given the PAL but they now gave me 3 option on how to come in canada. One of the option was study online and come to canada after graduation, the second was study online, then come to Canada as a visitor and the third option was come to Canada and take the 6-month in-person program. Please for better clarification, can this be possible and I intend to take the third option. Please 🙏help me out on what step to take. Thanks and May God Almighty continue to bless you for this good work of yours.

@@ambitiousbelmondo9219 to get what? PAL or admission? For admission about 2 weeks after I sent the required documents, for PAL they sent it once Alberta started issuing PAL. I didn’t do anything.

I learnt they have and after filling out the form they provided they will check eligibility and then upload it to the student account directly.. speaking of Cape Breton university precisely

What about George brown college?
The college I applied to is CIMT college the program I applied for is business management, this is what they sent to me on my email " Please be advised that CIMT College has consumed the quote of The Provincial Attestation Letters (PAL) for 2024 and we are no longer issuing these for the current Academic Year"
And they gave me 2 option
1 is either I change my program to a 6 month period they said it does not require any attention letter
The second option was to wait till January 2025. So annoying
I think it is better you choose either 6months programme rather than waiting for next year. I got the same email from same Cimt college. But One good thing is that if you can get. a visa the school have placement for jobs after study. So don't be discourage

I am having exactly the same problem with CIMT COLLEGE and I got the same email, I am confused right now and I don’t know what to do for real, it is private career colleges in Canada were not given the right to issue PAL to their students and it is heartbreaking to say the least. The set of courses they asked that we choose from doesn’t still doesn’t make sense because of the new PAL system, I seriously need help on how to go about it

I went for biometric 4days ago, I wish to go for medical next week but the agent said I should wait till IRCC request for it because of the increase in price of medical this day.
