Jiyuwaza Expert: JO

Here comes another - more advanced - bit of jiyuwaza practice.
With jiyuwaza we mean free movement, when the nage is moving in relation to the uke and his attacks, but not necessarily trying to apply a specific basic technique.
In this video we take a look at the jiyuwaza with weapons, and we start specifically with the attacker having a jo.
