Welfare stopped this practice back in the 70s, so what the excuse for the past 40 years, why so many black woman are on welfare and so many black don’t are not in the home with their kids.

Black women chose welfare over the black man because she wanted this so called freedom that she was encouraged to exercise, when really it was a temptation to remove her from the covering and protection from the men in her community.. she she was being told that the black man was oppressing her but that was never the case.. the white man put black women at the head of the feminist movement to break apart the unity in the black community
