Here’s what may be an issue for me, I’m a big Ninja Gaiden fan; and I don’t ever remember a time where the AI didn’t give me a hard time. It wasn’t that the AI we fought in those games had a big health pool. It was because they were actually very reactive and almost what seemed to be adaptive to the players style of fighting. Especially when you ran across the Oni Ninja where it was like a mirror match. From what I’m seeing so far, is that the AI has a good amount of health and their aggressiveness is lacking. Most of the enemies that we see are shown standing for long periods of time waiting for the player to hit them. If they do attack, they swing once or twice lol like wtf is that? What I hope is that Overcoming the enemy, comes from you learning enemy move sets and learning when to attack and counter, not just slashing away until their health drains. So far it kinda seems that way. And it’s leaving me on the fence, there’s a reason why I don’t play Dynasty Warriors anymore; hack and slash games take 0 skill.

Ty for compiling such comprehensive coverage and sharing the information with us about this game. I wasn't aware this game existed before this video. Those are some nice looking headphones! What are they?
The two equipped weapons don't need to be of different weapon *classes, they simply cannot be the same type of weapon in a class... So you can have two "long swords" as long as their not the same name (they'll have different rolls) So you can equip an "Earth damage" long sword, and an "Air or Physical etc..." longsword... I don't know how many of each class there are... maybe 10-15 or so.. So you can't double up the same "Aesthetic" weapon within the class basically... even if they vary in rolls... (some things affixes are tied w/ are the type of weapon within the class. DPS Type of the weapon controls what Ailment it can cause... i.e. Physical=Bleed- Water=Chill- Earth=Poison- Fire=Ignite etc)... So you can have a longsword that does "Air=shock dmg" and "Water=chill dmg" both being Long Swords... The idea is then have a charm or another equipment that somehow connects the two "Ailments" and your on your way to stacking 2 of the same class that can be a solid option, if your polarity charge is fast, so always getting the polarity, stacked with each long swords effects... That's *if you want two weapons of the same class... I've found some situations where it's useful...

Thumbs up for your info! Btw not sure if you mentioned it in your video, may have skipped it or I did by accident, but there will be a DLC to this ( considering the 3 diff versions you pay for this game $69.99,$89.99,$99.99 ) - $69.99 standard, $89.99 standard+dlc, $99.99 - everything prior BUT includes special GOLD plating armor cosmetic. I wonder what will be of the DLC ( beyond the fallen god ) 😮🤔🤔🤔
I thought there were 3 starting valorplates (Silvermane, Phoenix, and Greyhawk)? Either way, thanks for this. The lack of centralized, concise info is both exciting and concerning. I'm excited to actually discover new valorplates and weapons, but also would like to know more so I can plan what valorplates to aim to unlock ASAP.
You know I was skeptical and I even sat in Best Buy's parking lot this weekend contemplating returning this game...however I decided not to. I went home, booted it up and I may be a minority, but it's my favorite release title for PS5 (outside of Spider-Man and Astro's Playroom). I know that's not saying much, but #3 on the list isn't bad. The combat actually feels "heavy" as it looks, which is refreshing. I don't need much story after playing Spider-Man.
About the linearity, it for sure is a linear dungeon crawler. I hope it has a good procedural generation engine for those endgame runs but they never said it had something procedural as far as I know.
I don’t think it is a dungeon crawler at all. They have stated that each realm is massive. Sure, it will be linear for the most part, but devs have stated that you will encounter big semi open worlds in each realm. And if you don’t explore in the campaign, you will miss a lot... that you can then go out and find afterwards during some other game mode
Not gonna lie, this was an interesting video that got me a little more excited about the game. However, the issue with this game is that it is coming out at the worst possible time. Spiderman, Assassin's Creed, Destiny 2 Expansion, CoD, and then Cyberpunk 2077. This game cannot compete with those established titles. Very well done video, the game does seem interesting.

@@jetthalili6433 not everyone knows everything. must be so nice to know it all... 😒 shoot, I didn't even know about it, either.
This game doesn't need pvp. Pvp fucked up so many looters.
@@cashbrandon9945 Games absolutely need PvP.
Thanks for putting all the information together.. as others already said.. no idea why the developers / publishers didn't do this.
I like the idea and maybe probably it a try
Ty for compiling such comprehensive coverage and sharing the information with us about this game. I wasn't aware this game existed before this video.
Those are some nice looking headphones! What are they?
You did a really fantastic job w this video, helped me make a decision on if this game is right for me
The two equipped weapons don't need to be of different weapon *classes, they simply cannot be the same type of weapon in a class...
Great video. Helped me understand what this game has to offer
I am getting this for the colors. 2:06 look all those colors. Oh and the gameplay is kinda cool too.
Thank you for this video you explained a lot I was looking into this game
combat looks a bit like kingdoms of amular which is fine by me 👌
Ah, what a great game. Was the remaster as bad as the reviews alluded to?
I saw a lot of reviews saying the remaster was bad but apparently before the remastered version the game was amazing
@@LaserStorm117 No clue. Didn't really see a point in getting the remaster just because the game already looks and plays fine on pc. I'm sure the remaster is a decent "port" for consoles, but yeah I mean on pc it looks like they just bumped up texture resolutions and some other minor stuff.
@@piewars12345 actually if you compare both the old and remaster you can see a decrease in textures. it actually looks worse but atleast lighting is better
Reminds me of Too Human on the Xbox. Great vid, thanks for doing this.
Such an underrated game, sucks there will never be that teased sequel.
@@johncurry7246 too Human was garbage and all retail copies were destroyed due to a lawsuit.
@@TobikunOuO I had my fun with it, it was just mindless entertainment to me.
I'm liking how beautiful this game looks 🤩 even a lot of the weapon skins look amazing, which is not usual
It reminds me of combat in the latest god of war, anything similar to that it’s going to be a hit! I’m so excited for this!
Amazing video! I went from "meh... I might buy it" to "OH SHIT! DAY 1 PURCHASE!". Great job! Very well explained.
There is so many glows effect and contrast, saturation that most of the time I don't see what's going on. Its tough on the eyes
They say that loot crate is worth $60!! Ha...
Great review, I wish there were more like this for the launch games.
Thank you. I love your vids bro
Can’t wait to launch day, I’m grabbing this Miles, and Valhalla!
Epic exclusive. Will wait for it to become available on Steam.
Dude. I love your content. Keep it up!!
And if you don’t explore in the campaign, you will miss a lot... that you can then go out and find afterwards during some other game mode
looks like a shiny outer world version of medievil times mixed with avatar and space stuff with a touch of greek and roman style, looks good
That beard is looking great! Nice video thanks!
Man i just want to say i love your videos
been playing path of exile, waiting for a game just like this. love aRPG systems but i want this type of combat and feel! this is what ive been looking for for so long
loot chests + Destiny = Chestiny.
Really like the art design for this game; reminds me of the TTRPG Exalted
i love the saturation
I think it'd be pretty dope if they allowed us to change the color of the sparks or waves that would erupt from our weapons as we fight.
I'm so pumped for this game
Wow what a great video. Subscribed and waiting for more info :)
actually looks good, thx for the video
Hope it's more loot slasher (Them saying that the game has an emphasis on offensive playstyle is good) than something like Dauntless, because I found that game to be incredibly daunting.
def saving this video! def love the visuals and concepts of this game!❤ too addicted to Classic WoW, so addicted, have yet to return to retail 😉 however... I def want to check out this game, watching this video has made me VERY highly interested in it!
Air, water Earth and fire and a big final boss remind you of anything
Have been looking for a game like this for some time. Looking forward for this game =]
i pre ordered the deluxe version for launch, cant wait to start playing
I pre-ordered anthem and now I have ptsd about pre ordering
Lemme know if godfall is good lol
Only three days! Hypetrain!
I get the feeling this game will be more like anthem then anthem
Savage
@@Kaijuman900 anthem promised to be so many things but when we got the game it was just an empty shell. This game seems to be promising the same thing as anthem did
Took inspiration from the stormlight archives. I'll get it just cause I'm desperate for more stormlight archives stuff
So hyped for this game! Can't wait to get my hands on it!
good write up and explanation! I am very hesitant simply because I get Anthem vibes all over again, but will have to wait and see!
This was a very informative video, combat looks interesting, definitely getting a GoW vibe. Definitely has similarities with Warframe with the classes and what not. I'm not touching this game without seeing the reviews first, I'm hoping it does well because we could all do with a co-op loot game that has great melee combat
Basically the 12670th live service looter slasher on the market...
I really hope for them that they've something unique and *bullshitless* to propose if they don't wanna sink like the rest
its not a live service game.
I’m excited for this
