Jenna Ortega is probably one of the very few Gen Z actors out there that I actually respect the most because she just wants to act she doesn’t want to get involved heavily and into politics and taint her product that she’s trying to promote
Didn't think it'd be possible to have respect for any of these young celebrities, but this Jenna seems to have a decent head on her shoulders from what I've been hearing.
I completely agree. It’s rare to see that these days, but Jenna Ortega really seems to have her head on straight. She’s proving herself to be more than just another young star, and it’s refreshing to see someone in her position make smart choices.
We don't care what the political alignment of actors and actresses is. Most of us, just want to watch plain good entertainment. Jenna is a smart girl ❤
Jenna Ortega is a good role model for everyone. I was worried about a Beetlejuice sequel, but the more I hear Jenna talk, the the more I want to see it.
I totally agree. Jenna Ortega really seems like a solid role model. I was iffy on a Beetlejuice sequel too, but the more I hear her talk, the more I’m actually looking forward to it. She brings something fresh to everything she does.
I agree with Jenna Ortega. I'm sick and tired of all of this gender-swapping and race-swapping of beloved characters in not just live-action Disney movies remake, but everything in general. I respect Jenna Ortega and everyone should take her lead.
I completely agree! Jenna Ortega is spot on. The constant gender-swapping and race-swapping of beloved characters is getting old. Instead of focusing on good storytelling, it feels like these studios are just checking boxes to push an agenda. I respect Jenna for standing her ground, especially when it's clear that audiences want authenticity. Hollywood should definitely take a page from her book and focus on creating new, original characters instead of altering the classics we grew up with. Hopefully, more actors will follow her lead!
I am definatly not looking forward to any Disney Projects. Ortega is a good well respected actor. It is nice to see that Ortega and her management team are focused on Ortegas career, and not pushing her to do any career-ending DEI/Woke projects.
I completely agree! Disney projects have become hard to get excited about lately with all the focus on pushing agendas instead of quality storytelling. Jenna Ortega is definitely a standout in the industry-she's making smart career moves by staying away from projects that could damage her reputation. It’s refreshing to see an actor who’s more concerned with their craft than jumping on the DEI/woke bandwagon. Hopefully, more actors will take a similar approach and prioritize great storytelling over these trends!
I totally agree! Ortega’s not only talented but clearly smart in how she’s handling her career. It’s refreshing to see someone in Hollywood with both skill and wisdom. If she keeps this up, she’s definitely on track to becoming a real superstar.
Jenna has become the top 1 actress of Gen Z, and I see her as becoming the leader of all future Hollywood, for a very simple reason, she understands what Hollywood is about, is an entertainment industry that should entertain and not moralize.
I completely agree. Rachel Zegler seems to be going down the same road as Amber Heard, letting her ego and attitude get in the way. Acting overly self-important and difficult will only harm her career in the long run. It’s not too late for her to course-correct if she takes the criticism to heart and makes the necessary changes.
I'm curious. With the over-saturation of "Angry Conservative Man Ranting against Woke at Disney" channels that already exist, what new outrage do you bring to the table to make you worth subscribing to?
What sets me apart is my firsthand experience from working at Disney for over six years. While I wasn't on the talent side, I was in the service side of things, and I saw the toxicity in the work environment. If you didn’t align with Disney’s ideologies, they would make things difficult for you. I witnessed a major shift in the company’s culture, and that same shift is now reflected in the content they produce. My perspective comes from someone who’s been behind the scenes, and I think that adds a unique insight you won’t find elsewhere.

do the tax incentives disney receives for d.e.i initiatives outweigh the losses?

Exactly! We need more actors/actresses to push back because audiences just want to be entertained without being preached at!

Amen to that and I’m not really big on the race swapping either.

I thought Ortega was pretty and a decent actress before, but she's intelligent as well? Could this be a superstar who also has wisdom? Here's hoping.

Racheal Zeglar is well on her way to be the next "Amber Heard", she's acting too pricey for her own good.

Yup I agree, and thanks 😊 for the acknowledgement 😅
Jenna Ortega's movies don't get 1 mill+ downvotes, wonder why... :P
Exactly! Numbers show it all!
Disney needs to keep it simple, make enjoyable films without an agenda.
Exactly! They need to focus on what their audiences want instead of focusing on pushing a message!
Let’s be real Jenna is doing amazing while Rachel is doing poorly of her own making, but pretending otherwise.
All these "activist" actors seem to enjoy self sabotaging their careers.
Perfect 🔥🔥🔥😈😈😈😆
