I recently bought 20lbs weights as a birthday present to myself (56) and a little voice inside said I probably wouldn’t use these much. Well I used them today and felt strong. What a surprise! Thanks for making me stronger Tracy!!😍

Great upper body workout. I had to go lighter with the dumbells on some excercises I felt my muscle on my right lower back and my leg as if I couldn’t lift above my head. So i didn’t go all the way in this workout. I hope to do better next time. 🥹😅 Your friend must be special to you that you are in presence for her. ❤️ Thank you Tracy. 👍💪❤️

OMG, I LOVE this one! Done it a few times now, and seeing my improvements! You have me cracking up and answering you on the triceps iso hold, YES, it’s so hard! Holy Hannah is right, LOL!
Wow this was a difficult workout for me today! My arms are shaky, but that’s good. The tricep hold move was killer and the ab round at the end was also tough. Thank you for such a great workout!
I got 25s up on my last set of Arnold’s!! 😮😮😮😮 Each week I really try to push myself and up my weight esp on the last set, even if I only get 8-10 good reps in. I will say those planks afterwards were no joke 😂 Shoulders were in fire as much as my core
Tracy the comment "do hard things" hits the mark. Looking at my home gym that now has 25,30,35 sets I never thought I would use at the gym let alone in my home...OMG. Always thought these were for competitive bodybuilders and men! And my inner thigh fat?? Firming up with all of this squatting and plies. I'lll never need to join a gym again. Thank you when I intuitively want to "Do fun easy things."

Don't wait for them to ask for help, because most of us won't ask. See what needs to be done, and just do it! But the best thing of all is to just be PRESENT. There are no perfect words, but just knowing that someone cares and is grieving with you means the world!

You weren't sure if it was helpful or whatever to be saying it. But actually it was very intuitive and helpful. I think being there for a friend is exactly what you said. Not just saying the words but actually being present. It reminded me that I have a friend who needs me to be present for her. So thank you for everything😊

Think a lot of us have the same feelings like you stated about wanting to be there but “ be a bother” for friends/ family going through hard times. Being a presence and continuing to be there is what really matters. Try to encourage and even on bad days help then find something positive.
Love this one. When doing the lateral lifts, there's some crunching going on in my shoulder. There's no pain at all, but it sounds gross. :) Should I stop this move, or is this just something that happens?
Really it’s by our faith that God gives us the strength and the endurance to get through affliction and hardship! Having a relationship with Him by accepting that our creator, God, sent Jesus to die on a cross to forgive our sins and then be resurrected to give us new life in Jesus forever. Rom 10:8-9 is the salvation prayer. We have a healer when we go through trials in this broken world. God’s Word has all the answers we need 🩷 By the way great workout. My arms are noodles 😂
Quick question.....on the dumbbell pullover, why do we do them with just upper back on the bench? Why not lay on the bench and drop it weight down that way. There must be a reason that I don't know. Anyway great workout. Just trying to gain knowledge. Thanks

Those iso holds are a burner. When a family member died suddenly a friend came and just sat with me. I didn't know that was exactly what I needed.

As an alternative to the pullover you could do a wide bent over row. Thank for sharing your thoughts too, it's really appreciated

It just works the core more, to do it like that, but you can lay on the bench as an alternative if you wish :)
