Could you please explain, how you merged the seperated tools (arms and body) together. I kind of understand your steps, but it's a little bit too fast to follow.
I left a hole in both subtools and when I did the Merge, I joined those gaps using the zModeler Bridge. Then I projected the previous topology. This way I didn't do a "Remesh by Union" to join all the parts together. It's like a kind of manual "union".
