I might need to double my biscuit mixture I love a yummy thick crust!
Nom Nom! In my area we now have what my family calls frozen "Crab Corn" which is just yellow corn frozen with old bay seasoning. That would go really well in this dish! If you don't have it in your area, just mix in a little old bay seasoning into your can of corn after you drain it. Most definitely trying this one!
Who don’t love Red Lobster biscuits! Rotisserie chicken is so smart for lots of recipes. It’s not quite lunch yet but I’d sure take a bowl of this scrumptious dish . Again thanks for sharing. 🙏🏻♥️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

When I first looked at the title I immediately thought of a pot pie! 😘
I've made pot pies and topped them with canned biscuits. I love the use of the Red Lobster biscuit mix! 😋 So much flavor from the cheese, sour cream, vegetables and the addition of the rotisserie chicken! ☺️ And I love adding cream of celery soup for a great flavor!
This looks like a very warm and comforting dish! 🤗 Definitely a good choice with the nip in the air and rain today!

Sue here: delicious comfort food! I always use lots of peas and carrots in the chicken mixture. I'd bake up another pan of the biscuits too. We want extra biscuits 🤣. Serve with cranberry sauce on the side. Simple but good enough for company. Thank you 👍.

Costco has a package of a believe it's 2 lb of fresh chicken meat ready to use, don't even have to deBone it yourself.. I was told it's their rotisserie chicken that was left over the day before and they run it through a to separate it from the bones.. but it's pure meat
Wow, this recipe looks absolutely wonderful. I'm going to make this one at Christmas. I saved it and I'm definitely making it. My stomach is growling!
My only critique is that I would use twice the amount of biscuit mix so that each serving had a good 1 1/2" of biscuit on top. Other than that, I'll try it.
