Darth Kai Same. when I was 8, I walked into a Games Workshop and saw a Giant robot with the Wooden Temple of Moscow on its back. I thought I walked in on a Soviet War Room and ran out. It took me years to realize I just saw tabletop gaming, but in the corner of my mind, I was smitten with what the powers of Faith, Patriotism, and Collectivism could accomplish. F**kin City-Sized Warbots, that's what! It was actually only this year did a Local Warhammer Shop open up near me, and when I was informed that I could field test literally ANY Citadel Miniature that wasn't a Cutout of the box it came in, I got right to building a Cathedral Robot from all the scrap scaffolding and terrain backing I can manage to scrape up, because shelling out $150 for a Gothic Gundam that isn't even articulated is a con by the Capitalist Swine. I did shell out the Shekels to build my first Primaris Preset, so I can say I fell into the 40k Hobby HARD. All because I mistaken an Imperial Knight those years ago.
I was doing flooring for my uncle and he had a wallpaper of a space Marine on his computer and told me the storys and lore .let's say I left halo for a man's game
mantak33 Yes, House Hawkshroud does this a lot, with their Bible's becoming Oathsworn to a Chapter or remain on campaign. This means they will stay with the Chapter/Campaigning army far beyond the normal length of time, and will even adopt chapter heraldry, such as the Chapter's icon. They eventually come back to their homeworld, or die in battle alongside their brothers in arms.
frankjames0327 unlikely. knights and titans are piloted vehicles, not just absurdly inconvenient prosthetic bodies, and require different modifications to their drivers.
the squishy bits of a dreadnought can't be killed just through damage to the chassis, but tend to be in kinda rough shape within their sarcophagi. I'm not overly clear on knights, but titan pilots will tend to show the wounds of their vehicles on their own bodies, sometimes going so far as bleeding out if the machine takes too much damage, regardless of cockpit conditions. that said, the idea of freeblades that never leave their knights just kind of devolved into a TSoLR-style scene of one of them walking through a drive-thru at the 40k analog for a fast food place, and the cockpit being filled with sandwich wrappers and drink cups...
Question: If an Ork big mek loots a knight Titan does it become a Free Choppa? Good video now I'm afraid I'll go but a knight Titan to Ork Loota it into something that might not get table time.
So..... Space Marines against filthy Heretics? **Grabs Chainsword and Bolter Pistol, then goes to where three squads of Tactical Marines, five squads of Assault Marines, and two squads of Heavy Bolter Marines are waiting, we then drop down to your location.** "DIE HERETIC!" We then open fire.
I can relate to what Gursh said... you watch something like the freeblades or some bad ass imperial tank variants and you want them bad! then you realize the price... and it's a full exercise of self restrain!
I'd think that although the knight left his household that they'd still have their connection to the mechanicum & still allways be able to resupply & have repairs done. Whenever I play a game of 40k & I feild any knights I allways take a techpriest & servitors in an Arvus to repair ( its a house rule as I dont have 8th ed & I scratchbuilt the household back in 2012 & had to come up w/rules & stats so I included the techpriest as it seemed logical)
Adam P there are stimms that the imperial guard use to improve fighting ability one that is named is frenzon, this is usually banned in most imperial guard regiments! Hope this helps!😀
WAIT... QUESTION!!!!!! Ok so I was under the impression that a Titan requires not only the precept pilot, but also the co-pilots. I don't have the exact reference. I distinctly remember there were crew members that would control individual arms and tend to the feeding of ammo. Also How does one person transport a Titan from one part of the galaxy to another then potentially even back to the originating planet? How do they traverse the warp without a navigator? What about resupplying and maintenance? I don't think the 'Dying cold and alone, all forgotten in some backwater landscape ' is exactly what's taking place. How would anyone know anyway? All records and exploits of the individual are scrubbed from the house of origin.
QUESTION....first off I am thoroughly impressed with the service you guys provide. Thank you. But if a Freeblade leaves its house, how does it get supplied? Repaired?
Techpriests and Other Space Marines Help out the Freeblade. Besides Since House Drakkus is also In a deep brother blood pact with The Dark Angels, Expect them to have the supplies for the Freeblade
Honestly I think it’s cool that they are trying to play on the whole wandering knight in medieval Times, but it doesn’t really make sense. Like would we or the adeptus mechanicus really let such an ancient and vital piece of tech wander off for like nothing?
Xenos anatomy please.. How they breed? What it looks like when they're young and old. What sign they have when they're old enough to fight or to mate. What do they like to eat. Just documentary about them.
from what I gather. some of them literally leave their houses alone and travel with imperial regiments, space marine chapters, traders, etc. and some leave their houses with more resources including transports and serfs and mechanics. so I guess it depends on the individual case.
Question: Where does Soviet Union has it's systems in WH 40K... ? And what about their space marines and other units... ? Since the Imperial truth says something like : No religion, and glory to the mankind, and tech advances and expansion, it would be logical that the Soviet Union is just the dream coming true... (Do they still have mammoth tanks ?)?
Always a freeblade from the Horus times my titan shall always be the last I stand tall with titan an bring war an fight.. break my shield an pierce my Armor I shall be fight another titan. Bring them on il add a piece of you armor to titan known as piecemeal. A long legend ago that too foes worthy of a fight an add to himself as of a competition off twisted metal from a legend long ago..
7:40 this has made my day
If it weren't for the freeblades I wouldn't discover 40k in the first place

Question: can a knight join a space marine chapter? not as a member but as a knight who travels with one chapter helping the on their quest.
why not?
mantak33 Yes, House Hawkshroud does this a lot, with their Bible's becoming Oathsworn to a Chapter or remain on campaign. This means they will stay with the Chapter/Campaigning army far beyond the normal length of time, and will even adopt chapter heraldry, such as the Chapter's icon. actually that happens in Warhammer 40k freeblade
Arkus X it does indeed, dark angels right?
yeah dark angels chapter, thisis because they had a defensive pact with each other [house drakkus and the dark angels]
Question: Could a Space Marine be interred into an imperial knight titan instead of a dreadnought, if a chapter could get their hands on one?
that would be awesome my dude!
frankjames0327 unlikely. knights and titans are piloted vehicles, not just absurdly inconvenient prosthetic bodies, and require different modifications to their drivers.
Andrew Amann I thought the pilots were physically and mentally inked to the controls of titans. couldn't the same he done with a space marine?
the squishy bits of a dreadnought can't be killed just through damage to the chassis, but tend to be in kinda rough shape within their sarcophagi. Andrew Amann I can imagine techpriests crying heresy if they saw an astartes do that
Question: If an Ork big mek loots a knight Titan does it become a Free Choppa?
Good video now I'm afraid I'll go but a knight Titan to Ork Loota it into something that might not get table time.

So..... Space Marines against filthy Heretics? **Grabs Chainsword and Bolter Pistol, then goes to where three squads of Tactical Marines, five squads of Assault Marines, and two squads of Heavy Bolter Marines are waiting, we then drop down to your location.** "DIE HERETIC!" We then open fire.

Very useful. I am painting a Freeblade, which I built previously, and I am trying to figure out some lore for him/her.
Suggestion: Imperial knight pilots
Logan Douglas - Giles they don’t have pilots they are reborn people
Care to explain that in detail? As I remember the Imperium doesn’t allow AIs and they are not Dreadnoughts as they do have living people in them.

Question: Imperial Knights. How do they look from within the machine?
Cockpit of the crew? Machinery? Arsenal?
I can relate to what Gursh said... you watch something like the freeblades or some bad ass imperial tank variants and you want them bad!
then you realize the price... and it's a full exercise of self restrain!
Question: Where do Freeblades aquire ammunition and maintainance services if they leave their House? Please butcher my name.
I'd think that although the knight left his household that they'd still have their connection to the mechanicum & still allways be able to resupply & have repairs done. Yep, you play as one with the face of the Dark Angels and House Drakkus
how does a freeblade travel ?
from what I gather. some of them literally leave their houses alone and travel with imperial regiments, space marine chapters, traders, etc.
and some leave their houses with more resources including transports and serfs and mechanics.
so I guess it depends on the individual case.
I agreed with mantak33
How do they travel between worlds tho
40k views... hell yea

Hi
The way he talks is annoying but everything is explained clearly.
Any Imperial knight giveaways haha
Suggestion : Write your own material, and learn how to pronounce words.
There is explanation to these comparisons. This video is not good.
