My man! He's back! Just wanted to say that your after effects tutorials have been a Godsend. Short, sweet, and to the point. I've used your effects in so many of my videos and it's much appreciated! Are you planning on doing any text based effect/transition videos (swipes, etc.) or some more different types of video transitions?

Glad to hear that! What tutorials would You find interesting?

@ Hey man! Anything with like text transitions, advanced matte stuff, zoom stuff, video transitions, etc. I feel like I'm kind of at an intermediate stage and getting bored because I'm super proficient at the stuff I know how to do, but haven't really learned anything new in awhile.
The zoom thing I'm talking about is like when the camera zooms on an object and then the object turns into something else or switches color. So say there's a red apple, and you zoom all the way in on the apple and then the entire screen turns red but it zooms back out to a different object. I hope that makes sense. I think you know the thing I'm talking about.
I really like your simple approach to design and video, so I'm hoping you can make more of these tutorials because most people take forever to get to the point lol.

question #2? Changing the resolution of the clip if needed for the effect or its just a quality matter to preserve a clear image?

Great video, thank you for making it. I had a question about why you downscale the footage, Is it necessary to achieve the effect somehow or was it something else?
