After i have exported the video from premiere pro, it's showing, warp stabilizer and speed can't be used in the same clip, even after i used the nested sequence. But it shows no error message in preview, only in the final exported footage does the error pop up, why is that?

You already nested the footage (and i think there are multi layers), why nest it again. You use an adjustment layer and then delete it. You just make people fool and did nothing. It can't be done with single layer footage.
