Theres one change that you missed. Its in the audio. When falco's titan screams after leaving everyone to turn into titans, in the tv & blu ray his scream is muffled and the ost continues. Whereas in the movie, his scream is much clearer and the ost stops as soon as his scream ends

They changed Mikasa's nose from the side when she's about to go into Eren's mouth (i believe)
