    Sir Nagpur metro region ni aamchi 5 एकड़ non agricultural land madhun 2.5 एकड़ जागा CBSC School karta reserve keli aahe.. 2014 pasun naahi tithe kuthli CBSC School banawli naahi aamhala kahi notice आला aahe. ही aamchi ancestral property aahe, reservations मुड़े ti changla क़ीमती sale करता येता nahi aahe. Kaay solutions करू shakto aamhi. Neighbour clear land la 1.8 crore minimum rate suru aahe. Aamhala kaahi solution dya please

      They had reserved half of the land for CBSC School when there are already 3 schools running successfully within 1km of radius of my land including Delhi public school, Edify school and Indian Olympiad school.

      CBSC school is not public purpose and so land cannot be reserved for it. You can challenge reservation in court or can be changed as per sect 37 of MRTP Act. But for my consultation you will have to meet me personally with papers.

      Sir it will be a real pleasure to meet you personally... But problem is that I found you belong to pune and we live in nagpur near the land we are talking about. It will be great if we consult this on phone and we can pay humbly your fees via Google pay etc If you are okay with this, my father can talk with you as he is the 7/12 name holder of the land.       May construct hospital, school, Jim, or any purpose for public at large. But government made many provisions for it. You may consult Town Planning office for updates

    aahe . Buider ne lay out madhye Purv aani uttar ase don road lihun dile , pan 2013 madhye builder ne layout amhala na vicharta revise kaela . 2022 la uttare bazucha road band kela. Amchi fasawnook zali ya virodhat kuthe takrar karta yeil.Mahsool vibhag ki A M C ...?

      After execution of saledeed, builder cannot revise layout without your cosent. You can apply town planning department to cancel revised layout plan

      NA may be as per section 42B of MLRC. You should obtain sanction from TP
