They had reserved half of the land for CBSC School when there are already 3 schools running successfully within 1km of radius of my land including Delhi public school, Edify school and Indian Olympiad school.
CBSC school is not public purpose and so land cannot be reserved for it. You can challenge reservation in court or can be changed as per sect 37 of MRTP Act. But for my consultation you will have to meet me personally with papers.

It will be great if we consult this on phone and we can pay humbly your fees via Google pay etc If you are okay with this, my father can talk with you as he is the 7/12 name holder of the land. May construct hospital, school, Jim, or any purpose for public at large. But government made many provisions for it. You may consult Town Planning office for updates

After execution of saledeed, builder cannot revise layout without your cosent. You can apply town planning department to cancel revised layout plan
