I don't know if I've ever had a "bad" cabin on a ship. One time we were just steps from O'Sheehan's on an NCL ship and it was wonderful ... easy to nip out and get a cocktail to take back to the cabin or take our ice bucket and have the bartender fill it. I actually like cabins near an elevator, easy to get around the ship! On my last MSC Yacht Club cruise in April we could hear some weird noises around 11 PM-midnight, but I think it was just staff moving things to and from the Top Sail and YC Dining area.... it wasn't a problem. I sleep like a ROCK on ships. The most recent cruise I took in May was on an NCL ship and I booked about a week beforehand (I joined friends who had been booked for months) and I got a family inside for 9 days in Alaska for $400!!! We drove to the port so I didn't even have to pay for flights. My room, of course, didn't have a balcony or window, but it was ENORNOUS and really comfortable.
I agree with you Emma about the Tea/Coffee thing, don't like coffee myself either. Do you have any thoughts on accessibility on cruiseships for wheelchairs, do you know which are the best cruiseline to use if you can't walk at all?
@49:03 You mean when sailing out of Southhampton people don't start chanting "England! England!" ?? 😂 Great live stream Emma. Hope I can make one of these in real time soon.
Emma 3 operations on one arm two on the other for skin Cancer and melanoma 😮 on my back all due to getting tan at a young age. The sun is not a friend of our skin in this practice.
And yet there are people living next to the Equator burnt to a crisp as daily life. Wild, but I don't know how that works lol. I hope you can recover quickly 🙏
I'd but the shirt but I fear I might actually get a cruise out of it 🤣 Missed the livestream earlier because I was waiting for my order in a busy restaurant. Good on the restaurant! I bet the workers are tired now though lol. Blessings to Emma, Hudson and Rolo, the family and you!
Hi Emma, And Hi from New Zealand. My question is, I've cruised with P&O, and Princess. I've booked a cruise now with Norwegian cruises on the Epic. Is there a lot of difference between Norwegian and the other two? Regards Grant
I think when we hear in the USA “quite good“, it’s more we are saying “I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is, this is a pleasant surprise“… So saying quite is a way of modifying something to say that it is surprisingly that quality… If that makes any sense
Great info
