Guys I am LOVINGGGGGG the podcast! binging as i work. I can sympathise with Abbey, I had HG when I was pregnant and it was 9 months of hell. My husband was super supportive and we already have a 2 year old but i also know he was like fuckkk thisss hahaha!!! With my first i had SPD and couldnt even walk so i was useless then too!
Just been listening to all you pods while driving and working in Scotland, I had the wife me who introduced me to it. Absolutely fab.. however I’m still waiting to hear Ab’s apology which started this cast never came to fruition. Hold her to it Pete and get it out of her. Keep up the good work 👍
I had a similar situation with my mom, she used to make sure that all my homework is well taken care of at all times. I did get a good degree, no question, in terms of grades. However, this made it hard for me to become responsible and make the right choices regarding university and take life seriously. I strongly suggest you find a middle ground between both your approaches. Pete's is a bit too waxed but with good intention in mind. Curious to hear if you agree or disagree, after all this is based on my personal experience? Also, just to mention, this is not a final situation, but the kid will have to find out the hard way how to grow up.
I have never laughed as hard at a TV screen 💕🤣.. Every time Pete crouches over to laugh I do the same.. He is so funny and abbey I love the way you just come out with it and he laughs it off .. I want to thank you both for brightening up my day..Every time I have watched your podcasts I have related and I have the same dynamics with my fella.. He is tall too and a big gentle giant and he drives me nuts but I love him too.. Please keep them coming.. By far the best podcast on UA-cam 💕
I love their balance of discipline (Ab) & freedom and flair (Crouchy) way of parenting. Thinking about it, it's like a good combination of a good football team.

Great podcast. Had great business career, no kids. Now work with non-verbal disabled kids. My skills learnt with career, now making important differences with the kids I work with. Lovely comments from you both. x

The most selfish thing is to just go it alone. Look at the stats, and think of what is best for the kid, not what you are selfishly missing out on, when making this decision.

Love this podcast. Our third baby was born very quickly on the en suite floor, obviously no pain relief and she quite a chunk. My husband delivered her, as in he caught her as she came out, I managed the contractions and the excruciating pain and he got all the applause for being so amazing!
