The reason why Dempsy gets excited for the BAR is the same way Misty gets excited for the M1216 or the way Weasel gets excited for the Ray Gun; It's his favorite weapon (or one of his, honestly I actually haven't played BO1 zombies yet, I want to though) The BAR is an american weapon that was used in World War 1, so that's why I think he gets excited for it
lord pegasus World War 2 and Korea as well! They even used it in Vietnam! Plus Dempsey is originally from World at War, a WW2 game.

The B23R is good because even on high rounds, it gives great and easy multiple headshots meaning extra points.
I agree and also in transit it is the only weapon u can really rely on to help u when u r on the bus cus u can buy it off roof

Brandon2940 The Kar98K is actually the Mosar (dont think i spelled it right) from Germany. It was a great weapon in WWI. It was so good that just about every country made its own copy of it. The Springfield and Arisaka are both copies.
Kar98k is my go to round start weapon it is a good weapon for headshots

The Arisaka and Kar98k was made to make the Japanese and Germans in the campaign more diverse. The Arisaka is in Shi no Numa because you're fighting Japanese.
I acctually like the bolt action rifles but im quite a marksman and love bolt actions
The B23R is pretty good. I swear. It helps a lot on tranzit if u ran out of ammo. It is better than the olympia and the M14.

I typically buy the b23r on tranzit because I can typically buy more ammo when needed, and the box on that map can be hard to get a good gun from.
Worst one is the cabinet upstairs in nacht der untoten. It's 5000 for a sniper, twice as much as the bar and far worse...

I know this video was made a while ago but now in BO3 the deployable BAR was replaced with the Bootleggar and now costs 5000 points.

I respect your opinion about the B23R Patrick but I will say once I get up enough points I do get it because I can eventually shoot three bullets until them and knife and get my points out and when I pack a punch it I run around shooting them just blazing them and my points go up pretty fast. The PM63 isn't bad. Yes the ammo is small but it does a lot of damage.

The BAR (Browning Automatic Rifle) is a good weapon! It shoots slow because of its large round it chambers in. DO some research on it and its significance in WW2 and you will learn to respect it more.
Just cus its "good" IRL doesn't mean shit about the game. It's shitty in the game, plain and simple.

Oh im sorry have you actually shot a BAR or MG42? (NO i do not mean in call of duty kid..) I didnt think so. The BAR was a great weapon in real life and really broke the barrier between heavy machine guns and mobility during its time. Many soldiers needed something automatic, powerful, but a little more mobile than the standard MG during the time so the BAR was a perfect match. Brush up on your history kid....you will need it .....
But we're not talking about if the bar was good or not irl, were talking about it in game. And in game it was bad

I often use the Kar98k till like round 3 or 4 on multiplayer untill we open the door on Toten in WAW.. a couple people in the place with the box and a few more in the spawning room and it's round 15 at least easy!
The Arisaka is amazing! Great handling, one-shot headshots up to round 5, and is cheap AF! It's a great gun for it's price, and is a great set up in early rounds for opening doors and opening the mystery box.

It's good to be well off on points on the early rounds so you can get situated early. That is why people often try to get head shots or knife kills. Besides, popin heads is just plain fun.
i do headshot EVERYTIME because it gives more points :D and it's automatic for me... just 2/3 bullets with pdw-57 headshot kill...
but why isn't there Perma-Perks on Mob of the dead?! is it only for the four characters...? of tranzit - die rise - buried>?

hey TheSmithPlays when I play zombies on BO2 I mostly go for the galil and hamr those or my fav guns unless I get the DSR but galil and mostly the hamr the ammo isn't really good hamr only has enough for 3 clips but would it still be a good idea to go with?

And he also complained about how they were clones irl they're both .22 rifles as well as the Springfield so they should be relatively the same

I like the BAR in World at War Campaign but in Zombies it seems that it takes ten shots to kill one zombie, and plus it IS a MACHINE GUN which is really stupid
