The more they "steal" features from brawlers the more they became weak, they literally did this on edgar TWICE. (First Bonnie, Now Gus's shield feature.
I don't think Rare Book is same value as Common Book. Level 14 Common Card requires 5,000 cards (which requires 6.25 weeks from donation requests [ Max 800 commons can be requested in a week (40×3×7 -40)). Whereas Level 14 Rare Card requires 1,250 cards (which requires 15.625 weeks from donation requests [Max 80 Rares can be requested in a week]. I think the flow of both Rare and Common Wildcards in the game is equal, so I have considered Donation Request as a criteria. Hence, Rare Book > Common book, imo.
