I’ve been listening to megahertz through this and two other channels. I’m in the healing field myself but am grounded in reality and have to experience something working or otherwise resonating with me internally. Aside from just relaxing me enough to put me to sleep, I have found that megahertz sound healings directed towards headaches have actually helped me when I have one, and the ones for internal shifts really have made some sort of impact. I just didn’t know lol I journaled after the dream and recognize how my subconscious worked to heal and reintegrate.
