- My few minutes of fame as a winner on the Hollywood Squares. Aired 2/8/1999. My dad was on the show in the 1960s and won big with ZsaZsa Gabor and so many other greats. So it was my turn to try when the show was rebooted. So much fun!
I was wondering if they were going to mention that Lea was in Jaws III when the Jaws question came up LOL

I wish this show would get a reboot on ABC, I think it would work there.
I think so too. Either ABC or daily syndication.... or both.
Better yet, I think ABC should bring back the Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour. ABC just recently canceled Match Game, so that could be a good replacement, probably with a different host(s).
Now if you notice that Dom deluise also appeared in the h2 version.
As well as Gilbert, Jason, and Bruce (for one week).
Week of 2/8-2/12/1999. Daytime Squares in the 60s until they added a bonus round around 1976 netted a five time champ $2K in cash($200 for each of the ten tic tac toe games won in five two-out-of-three matches) and a new car for winning the fifth match, plus whatever Secret Squares were picked up along the way.
