You must always distribute the the centre of the watermelon equally because that's the sweetest part. The bite you took out is the literally the most sweet part of the melon.

I knew that watermelon would be sweet from the yellow spot that had webbing .
FACT - If you turn a watermelon upside down, you should find a yellow spot, which is also known as the field or ground spot. This spot shows where the watermelon rested on the ground before being harvested. A large, yellow spot indicates that it spent more time ripening on the vine and should be sweeter.

You cut it on the counter, and the counter better be clean anyway so don't know where that part of your reply came from, then you upend the watermelon on the contaminated counter( INSTEAD OF A PLATE OR SOMETHING) that the rind was just on to cut it all..... who does all that? Get my point? It's something called common sense. I'm sure it still exists even on the internet.

The most flavourfully delicious part of a watermelon is the very center (the part the uploader bit first), but then every bite after that becomes less & less tasty. I do the opposite; I take off the rind, and eat the watermelon starting from the outside, working my way inward, toward the middle (so that every bite becomes better & better), until I get to the ultimate best part at the very last bite. It's orgasmic!
