lot of great tips...anytime I cook a feast of ten to 15 dishes or more, to avoid confusion about adding salt or spices,etc I usually have a diy label for the dish name and keep all the spices,water,etc needed along with the label.... as the dish gets ready the label is put on the done dish bowl...so I know what is ready and not much is needed to be kept in mind...I keep a magnetic chalk board on the fridge with the day's menu and check it with a chalk as it is ready...:) even while cutting the weekly veggies, I label the dabba so I know for what dish I cut the veggies...store that in the fridge and use up as needed for the week...reduces wastage and helps with meal planning... also, as the next dish is boiling or cooking, I do the dishes by hand and only a few remain that needs to soak and be washed later... all your tips will help newbies and people who get tensed do cook lot of dishes... great:)

I can cook many varieties always.... but it would take lot of time to complete my cooking....so usually start very early to compensate the delay. Now I understood the secret....plan ahead of time....chop veggies, grate coconut, roasting & grinding....so when all these are done..... Amazing how you cook so many dishes so quickly. Amma we too make similar white pumpkin curry only we grind coconut ,mustard seeds,greenchilli, salt and small ball of tamrind .this we add and boil with cooked pumpkin pieces and temper with mustard n. Curry leaves in coconut oil

Gita madam we don't use turmeric powder on any amavasya day. By the way all dishes you made looks good. Your planning will help many ladies. Even I do the same. I even make persndai thogayal. To the pachadi we add grated ginger 1/2 tea spoon . It enhances the taste 👌👌👌🙏
