Hey Jake, I just got Palindrome your video is way helpful to understand what this thing can do. Thanks for the video keep up the good work. Your approach is clear and easy to follow. I will check out your music as well.
Thanks a lot! Have plans a bunch of vids I want to make for the channel but I've been spending most of my free time working on music since I made the last vids on here. Subs have been slowly creeping up despite me not being active on here and just hit 100 so I should probably take that as a hint that I need to get this channel active again! :)
Yeah, granular is pretty cool like. If making sounds out of samples is something you're interested in you should look in to making wavetables out of them too. Well worth looking up some tutorials on here on that
cool . but as a bitwig user I again realise that this is nothing I-d need, as it is easy in bitwig to come up with a similar device that is even more powerful modulation-wise. but the GUI is cool. thanks for the vid.
Hopefully this video will wow you! ;) To skip the setup and Logic stuff at the start and get straight in to the Palindrome/Granular bit cut to 3:50 To skip the explanation of how to record real time audio from your plugin go to 14:55
I don't know what that is TBH. Are you wanting to use it to recreate a specific sound from the song or to recreate the chords/melody with his voice? If it's the latter you can load a sample of him in to a sampler like Kontakt, ESX24 or Alchemy in Logic or Simpler in Ableton to do that.
Brilliant :)
This was recently on sale for $20. It was a no brainer after watching your video :)
Great informative and funny alike video about one of the most special granular sampler out those days :o)
