- These are the perfect little appetizer or snack! They are crispy on the bottom and the carrot is soft and sweet. Its the perfect contrast of textures and flavors! Great as a side dish too. You can also substitute Brussels Sprouts!!

Why do the carrots in the video look more like parsnips? Carrots are orange! It comes from the carotinoids.
