These tutorials are so helpful! Thanks! But I have a few questions about workflow.
    1. Do you sketch in raster before doing final lines in vector?
    2. For an animation with several scenes/shots, do you animate them in separate opentoonz files, render them and then use an editing program like Final Cut or Premiere to put them all together?
    3. If your animation has dialogue and sound that carries over from one shot/scene to the next, would it be easier to keep those shots/scenes together in the same opentoonz file? For example; if characters are talking over each other in a shot-reverse-shot type scene.

I make it a point not to comment on YT videos for the most part. But seriously, I need to echo what others have said. Why aren't these OpenToonz tutorials at the top of the recommendations stack when searching "OpenToonz tutorial"? Bar none, these are the most straightforward introductory videos to OpenToonz and its tools. Good grief, UA-cam SEO bots, give this man his credit!

38:00 if you have bigger areas to fill, which appears to have this bug, it's kinda hard to make one stroke around it. My method of dealing with it is making a little investigation where the program doesn't see the connection. In place where you have corners made of crossing lines make a line which isolates the corner from the rest of the area and check if you can fill it now. If you can, that mean it's where OT doesn't see the connection, if not - check other corners. Then you can move around the lines in this corner and usually this should do it.

39:37 there's way to fix it File> Preferences( ctrl+ u )>Drawing>Autocreation>Use x-sheet as animation sheet and click on "Enable auto-stretch frame " this way you can create a new frame by simply drawing on any empty frame.

[Copying & pasting my reply from the individual section video] Great point! You're ahead of the game--I want to show this setting, as well as swapping the X Sheet for the Timeline and adding the Command Bar, in the upcoming "Custom Interface" section. From a teaching perspective, I want these changes grouped together in one video as opposed to spread throughout multiple sections... that said, this is a great setting to implement at any time, so thanks for pointing it out!

    Great tutorials!
I personally prefer to fix the position of the line ends with Pinch. It has an additional mode for this and changes the cursor icon when activated.

I have a problem, whenever I draw a line, despite having a chosen color/style already that isn't black, when I lift my pen up after stroking a line the supposedly line color turns to black, how can I fix this? When I use my fill tool with a different color, it only shows up in grey colors.
