Breakfast during school days are simple at our house. Typically, homemade muffins I made over the weekend, pancakes that I pop into the freezer and smoothies. During the weekends and summer and any breaks we do a bit more of a bigger breakfast. Fruit, eggs, waffles, protein smoothies, croissant sandwiches or bagels.

I have 2 girls and I try to do the same. Simple breakfast through the week Cereal, yogurt, pancakes. Waffles, bagels, muffins. Them on Saturday it's something like a sandwich, Sunday we do a big Breakfast like biscuit gravy eggs peppers onions bacon but we don't eat lunch that day just snack on fruit. Hope you enjoyed your vacation.
