I don't blame her, the 2nd time round WWE treated her like she wasn't even there. They spent all their time on LayCool who Kim could out wrestle any day.

Usually I agree on most things with my man Bruce, but with the whole James Storm/Bobby Roode angle/program TNA dropped the ball big time!
At that point my wife and I were having TNA parties & got the PPVs every month and watched the show every week. Along with our friends we all wanted Storm to come back and have a big program with Roode for the title. Roode and Storm were by far the most over guys maybe other than Hardy & Anderson at the time. (In TNA)
But the inconsistencies crushed that program along with so many other good angles. That was always TNAs main problem for years. They would have something good going then it would just disappear and TNA would act like it never happened.
Yes Roode and Storm had a good feud but it should’ve been for the title.
TNA did a lot of awesome stuff but they never stuck with it. I think that is most likely Dixie’s & the executives fault. They just never stuck with anything for long enough. Hell Aces & 8s was awesome at first than it got all mucked up and eventually fizzled out.
The ppl DID BUY INTO STORM BEING THE FACE THAT RUNS THE PLACE but TNA didn’t.
Anyway this really is the best podcast! Love Bruce & Conrad!!

worst was they built him up for a year and was on his way to win the bound for glory series and then Hogan/bischoff changed the ending and gave it to jeff hardy. dumb dumb move....

For me it was weird that they included Taz. No offense to him, I realize he couldn't wrestle anymore at that point. But the fact that he couldn't wrestle was what made it weird. If Taz had been an announcer that could still deck anyone who got close, fine. But when it came down to it, all he could do was talk a good game. If he had just been a heel announcer who liked Aces and 8s, fine. But the second he became one of them, it began to go downhill for me. Any of the masked men could have been a spokesperson, they didn't actually need Taz for anything. So that he kept bragging he was teflon got super annoying super fast. Not in the good way, though.

Definitely disagree with his opinion on Jay Lethal & James Storm. Lethal is probably one of the best in the world all around & Storm can play any role & knows how to get over with any audience. In 2018 he can make a cowboy gimmick work that shows his true talent.
