“Imma deck you in the schnoz!” Is actually the pay off to a joke set up at the start of the Freeza saga; Freeza responds to the three Namekian warriors that tried to stop him from massacring a village giving a heroic speech by counting off the number of times he heard each cliche. “You… you insane bastard!” “One hundred and ninety.” “Oh- yeah? Well, we’re gonna, uh… (bleep!) your face!” “Ohoho my! …twelve.” And then Goku comes in and just drops a line he’s never heard right away.
That, and _pissants_ is just Freeza keeping up his veneer of sophistication. Aside from it actually being somewhat vulgar, also definitely not British (despite him having that accent because, again, 'ooh fancy'). It's American slang for insignificant people.
Shout out to Littlekuriboh's Freeza in DBZA. Dude NAILS it. ...NAAAAAAAAAIL RE: British people! MasakoX does Goku and Gohan. Goku is dumb and Gohan is super smart.
