- At last the 1:18 Scale Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles by JoyToy are here. Wow, in this review you will see all the intricate details of these small but dazzling action figures. The paint work is incredibly well done, pure quality, the sculpt work it also fantastic and they have tons of articulation can even cross the arms and get a double grip on any accessories, which is very rare for a ninja turtles figures. I am hooked on these figures and hooked on the one eighteenth scale. Don't kid yourself though, they are small and wont scale with playmates, or fury/rage toys, and certainly not with NECA or anything bigger. They are barely 4 inches, but they pack in so much awesomeness. An absolute delight to unbox, fantastic design full of nostalgia, some say they look like the 2003 cartoon series, some say fortnight, I say maybe some next mutation influence. Either way I love them.

With the hands you have to peel the hand up or down so that you don't pull the peg out. Mikey's nunchuks can be put in the chain on the back.
Yeah that's true, though it's kind of a janky fit so I don't really like it. Mine is kind of tight so you are scraping the chucks
Just a thought but... isn't it possible to just reverse that wrist joint? Larger ball in the arm (maybe with some heat) and hands on the smaller ball joint? Or is the small ball joint too small for the hands?
@@ZiggyAndTheSpiders Yeah that's correct The small ball peg is too small for the hands cuz the hands have the bigger peg so you could probably make it work and like I was saying like the Kiki loose joints to do like a layer to like thicken it either way So it's not the worst thing in the world it's just super annoying

I have seen that I'm interested to see if it'll be reaction figures or ultimates which I don't think they'll be full ultimate releases there's a chance maybe they're repainted deluxe figures like paired down but I think it's most likely their reaction figures

Anything is possible, would just be super unusual for them to do 8 ultimates at once. I think it is possible they are a set of paired down deluxe figures though, like they've done with power rangers
