So stop spreading bullshit like that and if you are concerned about your breathing, a simple pulse oximeter on your finger will tell you the oxygen concentration in your blood is NORMAL when wearing a mask.

In most countries you can have a small amount of alcohol in your system while driving (usually around a glass of wine) if you have a full license. I doubt that minuscule portion of wine would impair her driving abilities in any significant way.
