I've moved from mobile to pc becoz of apex legends. But we use gyro ( Always on) on mobile devices but when i moved to pc . I wasn't able to master mouse keyboard and also a controller until I heard about PS5 dual sense has motion sensor i.e Gyroscope. I wasn't able to play, i wasn't able to find any useful videos on UA-cam untill now about, how to enable gyro on Apex legends. Thankyou so much. For me, i use Always on because it's easy to control my Recoil and i know I have to sacrifice aim assist but its worth it.. Thanks for showing how to enable Gyro
@@rMizeryyou get used to it for sure. i started halfway through s18 on nintendo switch before moving over to pc so i’ve been playing with “always on” since then and experimenting in steam. when you use gyro as joystick, you keep your AA as long as the movement isn’t registering (so you don’t have to sacrifice a button) but it isn’t as good at flicking so you’re picking your poison there. gyro as mouse is def the play from what i’ve seen so far since it opens an avenue to tap strafe on controller without the player base coping about AA being the reason they died in a fight (they were actually just playing anti-cover simulator) or “unreal inputs” (i experimented with it on mnk and the turbo inputs don’t give you more of a tap strafe than actual keyboard inputs). plus i kinda prefer gyro aim over AA so i turn my AA off from time to time. lot of words to say i appreciate the vid and im glad the input is gaining popularity since imo its better than using the right joystick and bridges the gap between mnk input vs a classic controller feel

Bro I fw this style and it’s probably funner then the suggestion I had for you but you could use a mode shift to set your right stick to flick stick and it makes your stick flick in the direction that you max your thumbstick basically the same way you have it set up now with a button
There are dead zone and acceleration settings you can experiment with so you can have high sensitivities and low sensitivities. But to keep it simple just lower your sensitivity so it doesn’t shake so much.

Steam Input creates a virtual Xbox controller that your Dualsense controls. Unfortunately you can’t choose to emulate a DS4 in Steam or force PlayStation button prompts in Apex.

You don’t have to do it like that learn Steam input. You can make it a chorded button instead meaning if you push two buttons it will activate. You could also make it a double tap button.
You cam jitter aim with gryo i spent about an hour last night in the range practicing it. Its fucking hard it doesnt help as much as you would think. It just made me beable to hit like 4 more bullets.

Don't use "as mouse". It flicks your input between controller and MKB really fast. It disables aim assit like that because it thinks you have mouse. It also causes your game to lag and become jittery while gyro is active. Use another setting besides "as mouse" and your aim assist will stay on
If you want to maintain all controller features, like aim assist and analog movement, you must emulate the right stick with the gyro. Otherwise you can just emulate a whole keyboard and mouse with the controller, getting mouse like aim at the cost of analog movement and aim assist. If you use both it’s terrible.

Yes but you have to use other third party softwares like JoyShockMapper, or ReWasd.
You should also use HidHide as well to hide the og controller when you’re controlling the virtual controllers
