✅TUTORIAL: DRAW DISTANCE FIX + HD TEXTURES PPSSPP Tenchu: Time of The Assassins

✅How to play Tenchu: Time of The Assassins PSP with the best graphics.
1️⃣ Download and install PPSSPP latest version: 1.17.1 + BIOS
2️⃣ Download the game EUROPEAN version
3️⃣ Install new HD TEXTURES:
- Run & Close the game at least once
- Download the new textures: www.mediafire....
- suscribe to the creators or support them on their channel & projects! -
- Find the PPSSPP Texture folder: Documents\PPSSPP\PSP\TEXTURES\ULES00277 (create a TEXTURES folder if not created)
- Extract the files inside the game folder
- Run the emulator once again
- Go to Tools - Developer Tools - Replace new textures
4️⃣ Make the DRAW DISTANCE FIX:
- Run the game
- Go to Game settings - System - Enable cheats
- Go to Cheats
- Select edit/ create cheat file
- copy the following:
_S ULES-00277
_G Tenchu: TOTA
_C1 Extend draw distance
_L 0x201B1DE0 0x45BB8000
- Save
- Activate cheat
- Restart game
in case you're watching this video on your phone, to create a txt file you can try to download 'txtpad' (Android) app and copy this code in a folder you want

I asked Techie to make ths draw distance patch. he is my number one coder and the one behind all of my cheat hacks. We have a partnership where I make the HD textures for the games i love and he makes QOL patches for them. I also do not think he has a channel, he usually only inhabits the gbatemp forums. All you have to do is credit him for the cheats and you are fine

OMG THANKS, I really appreciate this! The emulator crashes if I load the HD textures but the draw distance code fix works very good, I wish they released the game like this :D
Do you know if there is any way to patch the code to the ISO itself so I can play with the fix on a PSP/PSVita?
I been doing some tests, my game crashed and ran only with 15 fps at some points... changed the backend configuation to OPENGL and everything was solved... hope this can help

can you make a cheat for tenchu shadow assassins 20 fps cheat
I tried to use the cheat without the HD textures. It slowed down the game ALOT! The HD textures purpose is to fix the slow down?

Bro are you have draw distance cheat tenchu Shinobi taizen (Japanese version)?
so far I didn't tried with the japanese version, probably the cheat code works the same, I wonder if you ever tried? if It doesnt, check if the game folder (in Tenchu TOTA ULES00277) is the same name for Taizen... if its different you will have to change the 1st line in the cheat code in order to make PPSSPP able to read it. As I said, I didn't tried so far but let us know if you do👍
