I have the 43 myself but all that really matters is what best fits your wrist. The tool free bracelet adjustment feature is going to give you a comfortable fit so it becomes quite an easy decision. I say again that it’s the best watch I’ve ever owned. Love Omega
Hi Brad, Omega tool watch case design is truly excellent, and statistics don't give an accurate picture as to how they will fit on the wrist. Given the information presented here though, of these I'd go for the larger model because of the movement really, but in truth I'd need to try them on before making a definitive decision. As you say Brad, both models are excellent watches. 👌 🙂🍻
Easy pick for me, has to be the 43mm version. I just think the proportions of the 39mm look wrong. It's a 600m dive watch so being on the larger side is ok! I’ve a small 6.5 inch wrist but I’ve no problem wearing mine, lug to lug it wears smaller than the SMP 300.
@@rajm6494 I’ve owned two different models, one on rubber strap and one on bracelet. Both are very comfortable options, in my opinion it doesn’t look a big watch on the strap, but you might find it a little top heavy due to the case thickness. I would recommend going to a store to try them both out if possible.
I have the 43 with a smaller wrist on the wrist scale but it does wear smaller .. love my 43 I am just able to pull it off but that said it I get another color I may go for the 39 to see how that wears
I've had my eye on the 39.5 ever since I became aware of its existence and have been itching to see how it fits on my wrist. But they seem to be thin on the ground, and I have yet to see one in person. I thought when I saw the title of this video that you actually had one available, but alas not. I wonder whether Omega boutiques typically have them in stock? Might be worth a trip!

@@bigmacdaddy1234 Yes but the submariner does have a crown guard, which changes the overall shape and balance of the watch, I think. The Omega Planet Ocean has a big crown with no guard which could look a little weird without the presence of the second crown. My 2 cents. But, with or without this helium escape crown, the Planet Ocean is a very nice looking watch.
I generally agree, however the 39.5mm PO feels appropriately thick given its capability. It’s no thicker than the original PO, sea dweller or the OG Pelagos.

Completely agree!

Both are tanks! I love my 43mm, the first watch I purchased from Brent Miller.
Glad it's still going strong for you!
Beautiful watches.I have the 43 in orange/white, but I love this blue too
Love the orange/white. Enjoy wearing yours!
Got the wrists and hand size for the 43 so got one and love it! Regards 😊
What size is your wrist? I'm having 22cm and idk if 40mm will look ok or 43 or maybe buy a 45 pre owned cuz that's the only version I've found😢

Do you wear yours on a bracelet or strap? I have a 6.75 wrist I'm looking at the strap version in black. I'm not sure if it will look too big.

One of my friends bought the 43.5mm as his first real luxury watch and loves it.
My wrist is a bit smaller, so I think I would go for the 39.5mm.
Both are perfect, but for me definitely the bigger ones.
My brother has the larger model and I'm going to purchase the smaller size after I sell my op41 to fund the purchase. Looking forward to it.
Black or blue dial for you?!

My brother has the black but I prefer the blue.

We were able to get this in very quickly for our customer. Not sure why we don't stock them more often.
I'd also welcome a smaller Seamaster 300. But the wait for that might be a bit longer! @@brentmillertime8778
Have the 43 well pleased may have to give the 39 ago though
Great review Rob

39.5 summer blue
43mm the other one looks like a kid watch on my wrist
42mm is the perfect size for me but HARD to find.
39.5 has better proportions, but why does no one mention that Omega churn out too many variations?
1:49 Elvis Presley 🤣
They're both beautiful, but also a bit too thick for me.

The WT is a great model. Enjoy wearing it.
Good info thanks 👍

The useless helium escape valve needs to go. It ruins an otherwise perfect watch.
I like it 🤷♂️
According to me, the helium escape brings balance to the watch.
@@etpourtant7512 Rolex doesn't have it and last time I checked it was the most balanced watch around.

Omega must make there watches thinner.
