- Ben Kueter (Hawkeye Wrestling Club) won his best-of-three series against Jimmy Mullen (SERTC- Virginia Tech) two matches to none to become a U20 World Team Trials champion at 125 kg at the 2024 U20 World Team Trials in Geneva, Ohio.

@@jwerdy5179 yep I know all about the guy. Last ranking by rivals he was 145. The guy he referenced in the interview came into Iowa as a three star 6'4 215 and ended up being a first round draft pick last year. Not out of the realm of possibility that kueter could have a similar career with Iowa's track record of development.

Ben Kueter I hope can win a division 1 NCAA title, and one day the Dan Hodge trophy. He clearly might even be an Olympian for the 2028 Olympics. Just needs to focus on wrestling and get the best coaches for it.
