NKP 765 arrives in Altoona for its water stop....

The NKP 765 reaches the midway point of its Eastbound Conway to Harrisburg deadhead run as it makes a stop at Altoona for water and servicing....The crowds were large as could be expected, which is reflected in the video angle used....couldn't avoid the orange fiberoptic marker pole....
