Hi Mam I like all ur recipes and immediately I will prepare them.But the wheatflour dosai did not come so crispy like you showed in ur video. I used store bought flour.Seeing ur preparation it was mouth watering.I Don't know what mistake I did.
I used store bought chapathi maavu dhan,, use irumbu dosa kallu( cast iron tawa) also scrape the bumps on thedosa with the dosa karandi,,,and serve it immediately for crispy texture,, Thank you so much for trying my recipes na,, have a blessed day
