    Can we use urad dal instead of curd...pls suggest how much time it should be soaked if I use urad dal

      You can skip if you don’t want curd,, we add it only to get the sour taste,,, so try it with the sane ingredients except curd,, you should still get crispy Dosa

    Hi Mam
    I like all ur recipes and immediately I will prepare them.But the wheatflour dosai did not come so crispy like you showed in ur video. I used store bought flour.Seeing ur preparation it was mouth watering.I Don't know what mistake I did.

      I used store bought chapathi maavu dhan,, use irumbu dosa kallu( cast iron tawa) also scrape the bumps on thedosa with the dosa karandi,,,and serve it immediately for crispy texture,,
