I know this is random but i love how, while you are driving, you keep your eyes on the road and not on your camera. I moved to Rwanda last May and still have a storage in the US. When I go back, I’m getting rid of stuff before coming back home. Literally moved to Africa with only suitcases so I feel you with the pairing down process over time.
Today for lunch I chopped up some walnuts, toasted them lightly in olive oil, added Montreal steak seasoning, corn, ready made rice, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Lunch was made in ten minutes and delicious. Thank you for the idea on previous episodes!
The only greens I could find suitable for a stirfry was broccoli slaw (very tasty) I never would have tried it without seeing you use bagged greens but now I’m going to get some walnuts and try it.

I’ve been binging your videos since yesterday lol one note of safety id like to recommend, *when you open the door of the RV, either back into it, or at least keep your head on a swivel until the door closes* your back turned to the outside when you first get in makes me sooo uncomfortable as anybody can run up behind you. Praying for your safety.

Just FYI...In the Frozen vegetables section at any store they have bags of mixed veggies for Stir Fry dishes.
