Whenever I play Entomb toolboxes (usually GB core rather than Esper) I'm always a big fan of Darkblast. I think Entomb as a toolbox works better in green lists with Loams and stuff but as always it's nice to se you trying something new and different.
That reminds me of my time playing Gitrog cEDH. Current list no longer has Darkblast but there were some cool tricks. Upkeep Darkblast, sac a land, trigger frog, dredge Darkblast, cast Darkblast, drawstep dredge Darkblast cast Darkblast is rare, but pretty cool.

The add read for the vintage tournament in NY is the first time ive ever heard an add read and thought "wow i need to look into that, im glad it was in this video im watchin" 😂
kinda reminds me of those vintage decks that can intuition for sevine's rec and vault key as a 1 card wincon. i dont think that ports to legacy very well tho
Have you thought of putting a one-of Lingering souls in the deck? Can be used with entomb to make 2 flying blockers, works well with your sedgemoors. Maybe its too oldschool but mardu pyro with lingering used to be an amazing legacy deck
1:10:50 I'm curious why you went for edict over fluster here. Edict means you give up thoughtseize and give them a draw, but remove their germ. Fluster means you get to make sure their hand sucks and then plow to clear the board. The plow line seems better to me. Since you're ahead on board you want everyone to be low on resources.

Old school tech. Kills all enemy Bowmasters while saving yours from their ETB ping. Good against stuff like Elves, Goblins, unflipped/undelirious Delver threats. etc.
in round 2 at 34 mins, if they played paradox zone the next turn and you did nothing else, and you gained 100 billion life off of sedgemoor, they could still win because 2^38 is a huge number

@@rekenner :'3 i was very sleep deprived when i wrote this and you are quite right! However, you CAN respond to the surveil trigger with a Brainstorm, so that kind of works even if Ponder doesn't.
Possibly should have just countered the pyroblast with hydroblast in match 1 and tried to hit the mana for swords immediately, rather than tanking a hit from regent.

it's also a creature for delirium, so reanimate opponent's DRC second main is another out.

It’s a 1 in I think it was 42 cards to win, so if you’re going to keep the archon in it’s probably better to conceal information.

The new Surveil Lands seem cracked as a way to turn fetchland+ponder/brainstorm into Entomb.
Could you explain the sequence where you use Ponder and a fetch to put a card from the Ponder into the gy? Or Fetch and Brainstorm? lol
