🍏 I harken back to my younger days when a traveling "circus" would come to Airborne and there were cars/drivers I had only seen in the Gater now directly in front of me. It was always exciting.
I understand your point Mandee about the Lemans-style intros being a bit long and wasteful but I still think it's cool.
Onto the racing, Mike was in a buzzing hornet's nest all evening while Billy was biding his time and looking good. Major kudos to Mike for cleaning off his GoPro 😁!

Dude if you're referring to the heat, that was all Reimert. He took out Gular which in turn took out Mike. Pretty obvious, but i guess your eyes were closed?
I enjoy watching Gular, he's out there just trying to survive like everyone else.

That track is too narrow for my taste to race on. There just isn't enough room to really run two wide except in turns 3 and 4. 60' wide is the minimum width I like. That gives you room to race.

They should place inside concrete barriers in the turns like Albany Saratoga did. Maybe they can buy them from Commander.

Just my opinion but it looks like Mike could definitely use more forward bite coming off the corners.

And Atta Boy Mike, never forget those Farmer survival skills!!! I remember looking back at my buddy once and the top hose blew on his 1105 MF chopping haylidge. I thought engine blew. We went to Adirondack Auto Parts in Fort Covington, they had lots of racing radiator hose. You can guess what we bought.
What was the top 5 or top 10???

Uhm I've been going to dirt races my whole life and have never heard of "LeMans". Based on context, I'm assuming this is driver introductions. I can certainly do without 🍎
Lemans is the big 24 hour endurance race in France with prototypes and gt cars Hendrick and nascar just did it last year with the garage 56 project

Mike has been doing this long enough to know that aggression can be very expensive and a bad reputation is hard to lose.
Mike is highly respected for his abilities on & off the track and that's why we are all here 👍

Good point Mike about the sun. They had a bad accident there several years ago. Big pile up at the end of the frontstretch going into 1. The drivers were blinded by the sun. Several cars were destroyed, the drivers were shook up but basically ok.
