Meet Justice Sanjiv Khanna, the senior judge who is poised to become India's Chief Justice after DY Chandrachud retires in November 2024. Born on May 14, 1960, Justice Khanna obtained his law degree from Delhi University. His appointment to the Supreme Court in January 2019 stirred controversy for bypassing 33 senior judges in age and experience. Justice Khanna has a judicial background, serving as a judge in the Delhi High Court for 14 years before his elevation. Who ever is eligible for sitting in the Justice Delivering Bench should deliver Justice. No Bail or interim bail should be given to any Person even though he is a money power and muscle powered man or a Political Leader if he is a Corrupt and Criminal. The Law should apply how it is used for a common man.

Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Dutta knew very well that Kejriwal would attack Prime Minister Modi as soon as he came out of jail and perhaps the real aim was to increase the army of people abusing Modi. But the judges and Kejriwal should remember that Modi is not going anywhere and if he gets his way, he will not leave you anywhere.
Just as Justice Khanna has worked in favor of Kejriwal by circumventing the law, in the same way Modi can also stop you from becoming CJI by manipulating the law and then you will remember this decision on Kejriwal but then Kejriwal will not do anything for you. Neither will those people who were standing behind you for the decision be able to do anything.
Kejriwal should also remember that whom he used to call “fourth pass king” in every street, now an agency of that “illiterate” Prime Minister has sent him to jail for 50 days and has just shown a trailer, the picture is yet to be released which will run for a very long time. .
He will declare Rahul Gandhi PM without elections to Lok Sabha!
