LOL comparing Hemant and Arvind makes no sense. Arvind is a self made man (IIT BTech + Tata Steel Engineer + IRS Officer + AAP Founder + Delhi CM), and not son of a tainted politician where as Hemant is a college dropout who became CM because of his father - Shibu Soren. Senseless speech court has allowed his custody does it mean court is wrong
Any person is blemish less Unless proven otherwise in court. Neither the ED nor Me Kejriwal are right currently.
Only the public doesn't understand this difference and issues their own street judgements without respecting the procedure.
Why not? This court is in India which ranks #79 on Justice Index. Courts are run by humans who in all probabilities may get biased/influenced/pressurised. This is the same court whose CJI Gogoi was accused by his Jr. Asst. of sexual harassment but that case never saw light of the day. Aryan Khan was not granted bail but today he has been given a clean chit. So, was the court/Judge right in rejecting his bail earlier? Nope. Also, Arvind Kejriwal is an accused, not a convict. Even his arrest has been made on "hearsay" statement of another accused and not some clinching evidence. I smell jealousy and fear of competition.
