I think Wanda is subtly manipulating Agatha through billy from beyond the grave to revive herself from the dead.
Like how can Billy(Joe Locke)break Wanda's spell when she was supposedly the the most powerful magical being to ever exist😅

I could totally see that, kind of tying into my theory I had. I think it could work that way

I absolutley think it could be this but also in the comics billy is actually more powerful than wanda he can change and manipulate the laws of magic itself. He can basically use magic however he plaeses from what I've researched, so he can 100% break the spell if Joe Locke is Billy. My theory is that teen has always felt something missing in his life aka His real mother and family so he's goes to the road to find them.
