I love love love seeing you guys build from scratch cz im also building and because of inflation sometimes I get frustrated and wanna give up but I’d come to one of your videos and get inspired to push forward even if it’s 100 blocks per fortnight
When castig your foundation use a concrete. ompany with mixing trucks in this way you can get evenly mixed concrete,use less labour and yu can take a sample of the mix to the bureau of standard to check if you got the right mix.

Foundaton dig out neat.A word of caution : Make sure cinder blocks meet bureau of standard recommended quality level. Poor quality Cinder blocks can lead to cracks in your walls.

True. Referral from previous customers is the best way. Also ask if the electrician dies both Dead and live testing on the installation. E.g.: Impedence and polarity testing. It needs an expensive multifunctional machine to do it. Any decent electrician worth their salt or is a credit to thier proffesion should do this. Keep up the good work guys.👊🏾🇬🇧🇯🇲

Also insist that your Builder run a length of horizontal steel tied to the uprights every 4 block height. This will prevent cracks in wall. Use a dumper that carry at least 30 cubic yards and buy black stone sand....strong like yaws.

They’ll be running the horizontal bars and yes we did get our 30 tons of black gravel and wash sand

For estimates the math is (squarefeet of the property multiply by between $4000 to $6000) $4000 to $6000 is what most contractors cost per square foot... therefore a 2000 square feet property is 2000sqf x $4000= $8million or 2000 x 5000 =$10million...etc

You totally missed the point. If you buy little little, u have to pay for delivery each time while will run you a pretty sum depending especially on the distance you’ll be traveling. Imagine paying $10-15k on your “likkle likkle” orders when you could have bought all you need in one trip (for persons who have the funds to up front). Never did we say it can’t be done if you buy in portions but we simply highlighted the benefit of buying all in one.
