What month was this visit? Did the bus drop you off at Lake Louise or did you have to take a shuttle up?

This was in last June. This bus would drop you off at Banff downtown and you have to take a shuttle from there to the lake. We have heard from this year the shuttle is the only option as personal vehicles are no longer allowed to the lake (with some exception).
