foster was that time and era robin williams , but with less energy , but i love fosters humor and like you said , timing . it takes a nature talent to act drunk but being fully sober like foster , i truly wish that foster was still with us today .
What a great time it was watching the Dean Martin Roasts! Wonderful talents; great laughs! A by-gone era that'll never be repeated, unfortunately. LOVE Foster Brooks and I LOVE Jack Klugman! He was from Philly!! RIP to them ALL! You are truly missed!
The face plant is brilliant! I always wondered that I never got tired of watching Foster Brooks - he always had the same act, but always made it hilarious! It never gets old!!
I've been watching Foster since the 1st day I started to walk. Plus, Red Skelton, Jonathan Winters, Don rickles, Tim Conway Harvey Korman. Carol Burnett, Esp, Betty White. So sad about her. A legend. All 4 Golden Girls are now gone, But certainly never forgotten. Last of the great ones.
I can close my eyes and invision being a little kid again watching Foster Brooks do his comedy on the Dean Martin Shows or Celebrity Roasts. Those were the days‼️Great comedy and comedians from all walks of life are seated at those tables and everyone of them is truly dying of laughter as they watch and listen to Foster do his amazing skits at a level of detail where if you didn't know Foster you would truly believe he is all 🍾🍷🍻SAUCED UP 🍻🍸standing at that podium.
I was recommended this after watching videos of Don Rickles.....but Foster Brooks is making Don Rickles just a normal comedian with his act.....oh man.....i am on Foster Brooks high right now.....came for Rickles but was conquered by Brooks.
Every time I see Foster Brooks I be laughing so hard tears be coming from my eyes. I saw as a young adult him on the Johnny Carson show. Where has all the good comedy gone? Jonathan Dale Sr
thanks for all the video postings. always looked forward to watching foster on dean martin roasts on friday nights. clean humor, something rarely seen anymore.
Those were the days... no "political correctness", I think most of us didn't follow in his drunken ways (& he didn't even drink!). As an Elder, I miss that old~time humor. Hope you're having a blast up there, Foster...playing that grand comedy stage in the sky.
There’s no one like foster brooks… another famous actor that plays a drunk is Hal Smith on the Andy Griffith show…neither foster or Hal drank anything…
I watched this show with Mom and dad and my 3 brothers and 4 sisters. It kinda makes me feel sad cause it's all over. Mom and dad are gone and don't really see any of my brothers and sisters. Everyone has moved away. But if these people were around today. Democrats liberals would make sure this show was off the air. They would be calling these great comedians and retainers RACIST just for the fact that they go there for a great laugh. It's was called having a great time and laughing at each other. Damn democrats liberals no one is allowed to have fun anymore no one is allowed to laugh anymore. Welcome to the new Soviet Union
Foster Brooks was one of the funniest comedians to have ever lived.
God knows that's the truth!
I’m on a Foster Brooks marathon.....genius
Me too
A true golden era. Never again will talent like this be with us again!
💯👌👍
When he missed the podium slapping it I nearly popped a lung...this man is to funny..I love it.
He's the best to portray a drunken man. Even the drunk ones don't have a chance.
There has never since been anything like the genius of Brooks, the master of timing and delivery.

Wish I could of met Mr. Brooks. A true comedian.
Not only a true comedian, but, by all accounts, an extremely kind and humble gentleman with real class.
"Jack Klugman finally got a din" *fall* Hahahaha
He always cracked me up.
Oh yeah Mr Brooks your one of the best Comedian in those days Loved 🤣😭👈
This guy is something else, i laugh so much tears come out of my eyes and still laughing.
I admire this man as he can and does it always so well and can make you laugh and even tears can flow freely. A great STAR!
"Finally got a dinner" is a nod to Red Buttons, that's why the camera cuts to him immediately after the joke 😂
"The 13th of twelve children ", 😂😂😂😂
Master gentleman comedian. Amazing.
A truly great representing of a style that did not need profanity or anything but good material and masterful delivery.
What amazes me the most. Foster never laughs at himself, looks around with that serious look of why is everyone laughing.
The point is he makes it so easy that we think we can do that! And you know damn well you can't!
Foster Brooks was a real genius
God I miss those days!
Can’t have enough of this gentleman is so hilarious and funny thanks for sharing
Foster Brooks fostered many comedians today
The laughter begins, has soon as he stands up..
Saw the ghost of Uncle Max...who...wasn't even dead yet... OMG!!! He killed me with that one...

The man is a true genius
Loved Fosters’ homage to Red Buttons with the Jack Klugman “finally got a dinner” line.
Mr.Hardin you've done a crackup good job with foster Brooks thanks for the intro✌😎
+Jerry Johnson Thanks for the comment, and glad you enjoyed the video.
John do you know how many different roasts there were????

Foster didn't normally fall down.
alworkedup Right, but watch the Betty White one.
I couldn't stop laughing this is the best horse race analogy ever. especially what just happened to The Kentucky Derby this year. Was a disgrace.😅😭

One of a kind. 👍😂😂😂
This man was a genius
One damn good entertainer.
at 1:49 he says jack was -foaled- meaning the horse being born. hahaha....
The attractive redhead at 2:37 is Abbe Lane. 😏
A great beauty and very well known
Wasn't that a Beatles album?
Jack Klugman (Filadelfia, Pensilvania, 27 de abril de 1922-Northridge, California, 24 de diciembre de 2012) fue un actor estadounidense.
Running with you.
Why They Never Threw Foster A Roast I Don't Know
Very funny at the roasting of Don Rickles, check it out.
I've seen those same reaction shots many times.
+alworkedup BS they all come from the roast he's doing at the time.

FOSTER BROOKS

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
🤣😂🤣💞
Hahahaha
They hate it when you attend an AA meeting, stubble in a little late.....then they ask your name....I thought this was AA. They need a sense of humor.
There’s no one like foster brooks… another famous actor that plays a drunk is Hal Smith on the Andy Griffith show…neither foster or Hal drank anything…
Just to check Quincy wore a syrup on his head?
Brookes does a fantastic job of acting drunk. But Deano doesn't do such a fine job of a drunk trying to portray a sober man.
Whoever produce this program should revive this program funny , funny, funny, first man of the hour should be trump .
Buena Enriquez All the people on it are dead now, including the producer.
