Ingredients:
1 box shells pasta, (about 1 pound), cooked (al dente)
1 lb ribeye steak/ any cut
3 tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce (Wan Ja Shan)
1 tbsp chicken bouillon, Lee Kum Kee
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 yellow onion, cut 1/2 inch long
1 red bell pepper, cut 1/2 inch long
1 orange bell pepper, cut 1/2 inch long
1 bunch scallion, green part only
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Oh Mai !!! This recipe was so good last night. I made two changes to use some fresh produce I had in the fridge. I removed the seeds and veins from a few Serrano peppers in lieu of the red pepper flakes and I threw some fresh basil in with the scallions at the end. Thanks for ANOTHER great recipe :-)
