Underrated superstar, quiet achiever. 1 WR, 3 OR, the most medalled athlete of the Tokyo Olympics. I hope history will give due credit to her accomplishments.
Pretty sure most medalled athlete was Dressel at the Tokyo Olympics.
Caeleb Dressel - 5 Golds. Emma McKeon - 4 Gold, 3 Bronze. Even though McKeon won 2 more medals than Dressel, on the individual medal tally Dressel will be ranked higher as the first variable to affect the ranking is the number of golds won (not the total number of medals won) and Dressel won 1 more gold than McKeon.
@@eugenedebbs2189 This is not fair to say so. Let's take one example, Dressel and Mckeon should have had 7 medals to compare fairly. Dressel, as a matter of fact, got 5 golds and wouldn't top the podium in 2 other events, medalless, basicially. Looking from this aspect, that's why Mckeon is the most decorated swimmer of this Olympic.
Hong Kong on a high as Siobhan Haughey signs off with second silver🇭🇰🔥💪
It’s also a historical moment for Hong Kong besides Emma’s marvelous performance. Great job for all the medalists!
Lies again? FAS SHIN TOKYO

Very true 👍🏻 Go Aussies!!
Emma McKeon is amazing. Every movement since the start, underwater and the finish were all perfect. Emma is so inspiring. I watch her 50 free, 100 free, 100 fly and all her relays many times and am still amazed by her performances.

Emma McKeon, the queen of Tokyo 2020 Olympics, hands down.
Not even close but congrats to her
@@shanonfernando1326 she won 7 medals, 4 of them are gold, no other woman did that in Tokyo, so yes, she is the Queen.
@@thelaststand1674 Then she’s the queen of Swimming of Tokyo 2020

Silver medalist Siobhan Haughey is from Team Hong Kong, not China. Hong Kong and China are competing as separate teams. Please fix your description. Thanks.

Gotta say great race, but What an amazing smile Emma has 👍
Thank you for uploading.
Australia. We are large in land size but low in population. As an Aussie, I am constantly amazed at our swimming achievements. All the world's swimmers have to do 4AM wake-ups, schooling or work, then be at afternoon training. I know, as I was a single parent juggling swimming, cooking, driving, etc demands. My sons' (now parents) are quality Men and are acheivers. And, as a plus, could rescue a person in trouble in water better than a non-swimmer.
What a beast!
Aussies & Americans love swimming a lot I think :)
It's great, what's wrong with loving it?
@@casiecase12 No nothing wrong in it , I'm just saying that most of the medals in swimming were won by both these countries!
in australia kids are expected to learn how to swim at a really young age. probably because most people live close to the coast
Litrally its very amazing
Three ladies with elegance and determination. 💐💐
Change the description 何詩蓓 represents Hong Kong
Such a star studded lineup
Emma Mckeon 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Emma Mckeon U r a legend.
U get more medal than many country total medals.
India should focus on swimming if we have to get under 10.
It's a big event having large number of medals.
We can't let it go.
We have absolutely no chance in swimming tbh, way too behind other countries..
Great analysis bro instead of complaining about more events in swimming, countries should start focusing on swimming to win more medals.
Hoping the Olympic Channel corrects the description to say that Siobhan Haughey is from 'HONG KONG, China', not just China.
The world record must have felt bad she didn't get any medals for this event. But at least she holds the world record.
The world record holder broke her elbow in march, nobody thought she was going to win this
@@rubencuelenaere7642 ohh really? That's unfortunate, I didn't know. But she shouldn't be discouraged that much. Just wualifying for olympics is already a huge thing considering her injury.
@@woojinbloo44 i mean she did a world leading time in the 50 the day before the injury, then pretty much equalled it to get the silver. with her already being a gold medalist from 2016 I don't think she's disappointed with her results in tokyo
Awesome 👍
Plz upload Taekwondo Event. I am anxiously. Please 🙏

It looks like that you don't have to have a muscular body to be able to swim fast.
Yo yo Aussies 🇭🇲🇭🇲🦘🐨🎉🎉🥇🥇
🇭🇰🇭🇰
That description is whack
Sorry, i wanna ask, why is the middle position is always win the race?
The fastest swimmer in the semis gets one of the middle lanes, and as you go out further both ways you usually get slower swimmers. However this isn't always the case, as the US fielded a much weaker team in the semis of the men's 4x100 medley relay (and got a slower time) so they were in lane 8 for the finals, but then had a much stronger team in the finals and won.
@@TrionSixteenisawsum Oh oke, thanks mate
@@ytube6925 no problem :)
The fast swimmers get middle lanes because of vision advantage.
