      Surely the PI performance improver,Redex fuel cleaner etc should be done way before an oil change?As the combustion from them will go into the oil....and we don't won't that mixed in the new oil,or am i wrong.

      That's a great school of thought however Amsoil recommends using the pi performance improver every 4000 miles and a Amsoil oil filter is good for 1 year or 25000 miles and Amsoil signature series is good for 1 year or 25000 miles whichever comes first so there's obviously nothing wrong with adding it and the little bit that goes in your oil will only clean the crankcase better.
      That's my thinking I truly don't know.
      I'm sure the detergents and proprietary formula that's in the pi cleaner would clean the oil system better. You got to figure if you put that bottle in 10 or 20 gallons of gas you might get 1% Blow by of gas.
      That would be like 1.4 mL of Pi performance improver would go into the oil LOL

    I had recall issues fixed on my wife's
    Mitsubishi eclipse cross awd. They took the headvalve cover off and service manager and mechanic could not believe how clean the inside of the motor was. 37000 miles on a 18 Mitsu.
    Recall issues done for free and it was definitely not Amsoil. They took pictures of the motor because they send recall issues back to Japan at Mitsu corporate headquarters. The mechanic ask me what the oil I was using and I told him that expensive shit called Amsoil. Very very good product.
    The inside of the motor looked like a shiney quater.

    Exactly which filter do I need for the 2008 GS 350? I’m trying to make a purchase to change my own oil for the first time. I also purchased a $4.99 thanks, I sure hope you get that money and not Amsoil, you’re doing an amazing job educating me and all your followers and I’m sure they appreciate you as much as I do.

    Amsoil is the only company that says what is says it does with the protection it provides and runs smooth like butter and is the only company that says its 100% synthetic unlike other name brands like Mobil 1 and royalty purple that claims to provide better protection.

      You can do one year in 15,000 miles on the oil and filter. If you're going to do over 15,000 miles in the year you'll want to change your oil filter at 12,500.
      Amsoil signature series is good for 1 year or 25000 miles or 700 idling hours.

    I have a 2011 GS350 as well and already used the amsoil Transmission fluid but my question is would this motor oil last 15k miles on a 2020 Hyundai Sonata 1.6 liter turbo with the OEM Filter.?. I don’t see a Amsoil filter for this car.?.

      Great questions Patrick the signature series is good for one year $25,000 miles or 700 idling hours personally I use a Wix filter if they don't make the Amsoil filter for a vehicle and I always recommend changing the filter at about 7,000 miles you'll see a big Improvement the oil will stay cleaner longer in the engine will run smoother I like to use the pi performance and if you're new to Amsoil this will give you the very best value as the 6-month PC member and when you use my link that would attach me to use in the future I can always answer all your questions about improving the performance and lifespan of your vehicles by choosing the right fluids👍💯✅ Save 25% On Your Next Fluid Order: www.amsoil.com/offers/pc/?zo=5331179

    Change your oil every 5k miles and use any brand name which is spec'd for it and you'll achieve the same results. Dump a bottle of Techron every other oil change and your fuel system will remain clean as well.

      There's a big difference between lubricants that's what I specialize on showing on the channel you'll see all different setups from cold flows to before and after Dino tests.
      Lubricants are not the same there's a huge difference and that's what makes Amsoil so special.
      A oil manufacturer can call a full synthetic full synthetic when it's 25% synthetic or more Amsoil is 100% synthetic and that's what keeps the metal Parts separated.
      You can change the oil every 25,000 me with Amsoil and it would have less wear than changing conventional oil at 500 miles.

      Above is the lookup guide that you can look up any vehicle and I recommend getting the Amsoil oil filter and then on the oil it depends on how many miles you drive per year you can do Amsoil OE or Amsoil XL if you drive about 12,000 miles a year and if you drive more you can do the Amsoil Signature Series.
      I would get a bottle of engine flush and a couple bottles of Pi performance improver fuel injection cleaner and then you'll be set for the whole year.
      If you're going to order it will be beneficial to become a Amsoil preferred customer which will save you 25% off and then you also get free shipping on any order $100 or more.

    Do you know how to change an o-ring without using any tools?
    So the varnish in an engine is from the ethanol in the fuel? I knew there was a reason I only buy ethanol-free gasoline.

    • @Syntheticoilprotection
      @Syntheticoilprotection  4 роки тому +1

      Yeah another big thing is the ethanol separates out of the gasoline and also the water separates and there's all different calcium deposits in the water and that moisture causes damage as well.
      When you run the Amsoil upper cylinder lubricant that has the additives that keep the gas homogenized so you don't have the water separation

    Is it good to do the flush for your engine With the 100% oil at every oil change?
    With the EA filter, I can till a different vs the Napa silver and the other equivalent filter. I shall get my trans rebuilt and transfercase done this Chritsmass week and I shall be getting a lot of ATF because that is what they take. It will be 100% AMS oil except for the steer axel. Sweet!
      I recommend just doing the engine flush the first time you change your oil to Amsoil.
      If you are running a diesel vehicle I think it's okay to do it every time because the diesel oil gets thicker and it also is hard to clean up in the flush helps the diesel oil come out faster so I would say it's worth doing it every time only with a diesel.

    • @Syntheticoilprotection
      @Syntheticoilprotection  5 років тому +1

      That's a great question J!
      You'll be good anywhere from 15 to 25000 miles unless you do oil analysis and then you can press it out 30,000 to 60,000 depending on the oil filter changes. If you do a lot of City driving you'll be good for 15,000 to 20,000 miles. If you do all highway driving and they do oil analysis and change the oil filter 3 times in top it off you'll be good for about 45,000 miles.
      Just be sure to check the dipstick every month keep an eye on the oil burn off and the way the oil looks.
      I did at 20,000 miles on my Honda Uber Lyft car of severe service in 110 degree driving over 11 months in the oil was still good. That's equivalent to about 40,000 miles of highway driving. This is the video I did on my own personal field test.

      Amsoil signature series is good for 1 year or 25,000 miles or 700 idling hours whichever comes first.
      Depending on your car you will do a filter change at 15000 Miles because the oil filter Can Only Hold so many contaminants.

      @@Syntheticoilprotection Hey i really appreciate you getting back to me. It's just that i have a 2000 Lexus ES300 with only 99,000 miles great condition, bought it from an elderly couple. Long story short. This is my first oil change because i bought it at 97,000 miles and i was thinking of just going to jiffy lube and getting one of those shitty $20 oil changes but i was like "this is too good of a car to do that to". So then i was gonna take it to lexus dealership. They wanna charge $110. I have heard not to get it done by dealerships as they cut corners??

    • @Syntheticoilprotection
      @Syntheticoilprotection  5 років тому +1

      The dealerships are usually pretty good like Lexus however the oil is inferior and it is a synthetic blend which will get more where on the engine and also they use a very inexpensive oil filter.
      So when you use the Amsoil oil and filter you will have much less wear on your engine on start-up because the Amsoil oil filter is better also the hundred percent synthetic will protect the Pistons and cams better and you will get better gas mileage because the oil flows with less resistance and has a higher film strength.
      So the difference would be about $300 saved by using Amsoil oil because you only change your oil once per year or 15,000 miles of severe service with Amsoil Signature Series.
      I always recommend doing an engine flush on the first oil change to get all the old carbon deposits out of the crankcase and I would also get two to three bottles of Pi performance improver fuel system cleaner that way you won't have to reorder for the year.
      Also if the car did not have a transmission fluid change yet I would do it right away.
      This is my personal link and this will get you 25% off and free shipping on orders $100 or more.
      If you do your own oil changes your good if you're going to take it somewhere make sure you watch them install it because I have had people get their oil taken by the mechanic.

      This will guide you write to all the products for your vehicle and if you're doing a oil change I would definitely do a engine flush the first time you switch over to get all the old carbon deposits out. Also another thing that will help is the pi performance improver fuel system cleaner which is really good to clean the valves and get all the old carbon deposits out of the combustion chamber.

    Beautiful video.
    If my mechanics price for this oil change for regular oil is $44 total & it cost like 35 to buy oil plus 7 for oil filter so 46 expense to buy the stuff then 45 minutes time & labor (+30)
    = $76 expense for me to do it
    Or $44 if the mechanic does it for me.
    $32 Less if my mechanic does it.
    I do have the jack & stands & creeper etc but
    😣
