Election commission did not take care to provide facilities for checking . There should be a private cabin for checking voter with Buurkha . It was not provided

A candidate has right to question and when it is not taken care of by police or polling officer due to lack of provisions not provided like separate cabin for checking burkha clad women. The candidate is going to be affected because votes are allowed to cast in fraduelent way by not checking women just because she wore burkha.
don’t talk of constitution and police ! The mistake is that of election commission by not providing the provision
there should be extra facilities for checking out side the booth with in the compound by police ehen s person complains . There should be water / coffee/ cool drinks/ snacks fecility with in the compound . Only booth is prohibited . Every agent has right to submitt form of objection against every voter before allowing him to vote . It is the duty of election officer to sign his decision on the objection with proper comments / reasons.
what Madhavi Latha raised are basic fundamental issue of not checking burkha clad women and feciliyies for checking
