Change Units (Miles to Meters & Fahrenheit to Celsius ) on Garmin Venu 3 / Vivoactive 5

I I will show you how to change the units on your Garmin Vivoactive 5, also how to change the units on Garmin Venu 3. I will explain how to change from meters to yards and miles and to kilometers, and also how to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

I have changed my Garmin Vivioactive 5 to 'metric'. It now shows my runs in kms on the app AFTER my run, BUT while I am actually running, the watch face is still in miles. How do I change this to kms? I tried turning both phone and watch off and back on to sync again, but no joy! Thanks.

Press the button at the bottom right for 2 seconds, then Settings and all the way down to System. Then go to format and under units you can change from mile to KM
