I just love the way he passionately talks about his idol. Seriously brought me to tears. So inspirational so touching I absolutely loved it. Didn't know I needed to watch this and seriously digest this message of never giving up and holding on to inspiration in whatever form it might be but I'm really glad I clicked this. ❤❤❤
This is the best inspirational story I’ve ever heard. I’m so glad I found this video. Dee is amazing and thanks for putting this your story out there Adam. SMF forever!!!
I met him along time ago with Widowmaker and he was one of the nicest people out there. I was there with a bunch of drunken friends and when he found out that not only did i not drink, i was the designated driver, he took me over to the bar and told them my drinks were on his tab. Granted mine were soda and juice. But none the less a nice gesture.
I love you Adam always enjoyed the hatchet films. This was quite warming it makes me push for ambitions even if I'm in my 20s I've got a life time do something . I have a lot of inspirations you,Mike patton, alice cooper, so many
Truly an awesome and inspiring story. It also really shows in your interactions together how close the two of you are, and the genuine nature of your personalities is very refreshing.
I've watched all those movies and loved them! Had no idea it was you! Great work and keep it going. I also have always followed Dee Snider through his career and really appreciate all he's done for Rock/Metal. It's a mix of cassette, cd, and vinyl.
Dee Snider is the coolest guy. I entered a contest on his radio show, where I totally got the rules wrong, and Dee sent me a prize anyway- limited edition Black Sabbath merch. Adam, you have to do more of these shows dude.
loooooooooooooove Dee Snider since i was 7 years old hearing We´re not gonna take it, thinking it was called i wanna rock lol hooked for life now i+m 43 thank you Dee Snider!!! Stay Hungry...fuck it STILL HUNGRY ...both my dad73 and me yes 43 loves everything you´ve done cheers ...Peter from Denmark
Met Dee in 2018 backstage after 1 of his shows,he was cool as shit, took pics & signed my twisted sister vest & a CD, his 'For the love of metal' album is hands down the best album of 2018🤘
I'm to the part where Dee talks about contemplating retiring from music. If he ever does hang it up i'd like him to get back into script writing. I absolutely loved Strangeland, so i'd like to see more movies from the twisted mind of Dee Snider.
The beginning of that definitely did not make me cry because I'm metal. ..ok I'm lying it reminded me of my biggest inspiration and I folded like aluminum. Thanks a lot ADAM
I just found this channel and series and I love it but I'm sad to see he doesn't really post anymore. We deserve a good "horror channel" like this. It would be cool to see him live stream old school horror movies and host them like some Peter Vincent type shiet
Adam. I really enjoyed this episode of scary sleepover it was great to see how venerable rock star's can be. I am a big Dee Snider fan myself when twisted sister broke on the scene it was a fuckin crazy shit storm. Also I am a big horror freak me and my best friend was trying to make a low budget movie but sadly he passed on. Anyway if you ever need a extra or just a crazy killer in one of your movies I'm your guy. Thanks for the video of Dee Snider and keep up the great work.
There's one question Adam should've asked Dee. Adam:"Alice Cooper"? Metal, or not Metal? I can only imagine Dee answering Adam's question with a great big "DEFINITELY METAL"!!!!!
Wow! Just wow. I expected a different interview. But this was Awesome! Incredible insight into one of my favorite rockers. Dee is just so fuckin layered . Rock on you SMF! STL loves ya
That was the most hilarious and entertainin Youtude video's I've watched in a while! Class. YOur Mna Snider seems like he still had a wild caffeine addiction, if her could sort that out he'd be flyin! Then he could calm down and relax and enjoy the life he has helped create. Maybe brake out some Hendrix records and fill the pipe with some bogweed bai!
his fear....i get it...i have friends in music who also feel like they can't stop...they always fight to stay relevant, stay current, stay on the tip of peoples tongues cause if they stop, people will just move on to the next act that is "in"...
I'm happy to discover this for just the first time now...as it seems quite fascinating...but he really should slow down. I have to do it myself on youtube!
I honestly didn't know very much about Twisted Sister and I'm a huge metal head, music fanatic have been that way practically my entire life I know all kinds of music from Classic Rock from the 60's-90's even soul music and hip hop but yea....I really didn't like Twisted Sister from the very little I knew about them I just knew a couple of their hit songs and I knew who Dee Snider was....but it wasn't until I watched like I guess around last year...a really awesome Documentary on Twisted Sister all about their early days til now basically...but after seeing that Doc I had a new found respect for those guys once I knew more about them....their not really my taste of rock/metal but learning how they gained their popularity without the help of any major Label, they blew up all around the East coast especially around New Jersey, New York, Boston places like that and they got a bigass cult following and they manage to do literally EVERYTHING theirselves to stay afloat and relevant and they manage to do that for years without the help of the usual media that bands would use to get known like Radio, Music Videos on MTV, in store signing shit like that...so by the time a Major Label finally found out about these guys in women's clothes with make up on but look like football players lol and they seriously hardly had to do anything for them once they signed them because they have had this huge cult following and success already
Thanks for clearly exposing the obvious about studio rehashes....they're scared as the entertainment industry seems to be bigger and bigger. It's a paradox.
Adam just quiet, listening to his hero, talking as a friend makes this episode one of the best.
